This Agreement is made between Owl Sentry Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością VAT ID PL8971890503 ("Owl Sentry") and the undersigned client ("Client").
Owl Sentry rents and enables the use of devices and applications to the Client, but remains their owner.
Owl Sentry does not provide any on-site services.
Activation Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee.
Subscription Fees: Subscriptions are monthly and payable in advance.
Warranty: The length of the warranty depends on the subscription chosen, ranging from 2 years to unlimited.
Deposit: No deposit is required.
The Client can suspend subscriptions free of charge for up to 2 months per year.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by returning the devices.
Battery replacement during the warranty period is free of charge. After the warranty expires, a fee of €15 will be charged.
Alternatively, the Client can send back the old device and replace it with a new one for a fee equal to the Initial Fee.
If the device fails after the warranty, it will be replaced with a new one for a fee equal to the Activation Fee. The old device must be returned.
If a device is destroyed or lost, a one-time fee equal to the Activation Fee will be charged. If a new device is rented in place of the lost one, the fee for the old device will be taken over by Owl Sentry. In this case, the Client will pay only the Activation Fee for the new device.
If the Client does not return the device and does not pay the subscription for 90 days, a fee equal to the Activation Fee will be charged. After payment, the subscriptions for the device will be terminated.
The first order of a Starter Kit is included in a promotion allowing the Client to test the products risk-free. If returned within 90 days from the day of receipt, Owl Sentry will refund 100% of the Activation Fee. The Client will cover only the subscription cost and shipping costs.
In the "Starter Kit" promotion, the Client can purchase up to two Starter Kits, each containing 5 Sensors and 1 Access Point.
The subscription for the Starter Kit for the first 3 months includes all available subscription services at a cost of €3 per Sensor and €15 per Access Point. During this time, the Client should select a subscription package for the following months. The subscription cost will not change without the Client's approval.
The Owl Sentry products are designed to be compatible with virtually any trap under any environmental conditions. The Client should perform their own tests to verify that the system works properly with their traps.
Owl Sentry is not liable for damage to traps, equipment, or anything in the surrounding environment as a result of using the products. Owl Sentry is also not liable for bodily injury to the Client or others as a result of using the products.
Orders are processed after receiving payment for the Activation Fee. All prices are subject to VAT and shipping costs.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
"Sensor S", "Sensor M", "Sensor L", "Snap Sensor" has patent status as pending.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Owl Sentry operates.
